Once you have a membership, you will be issued a digital pharmacy card. When picking up your urgent care medicine or trying to purchase over-the-counter items, show your digital pharmacy card to receive discounts.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for the first four deliveries each year. Since we typically supply up to a 90-day supply with each delivery, most users will not pay anything for shipping. After the four free deliveries, it is about $15 for shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We try to provide fast and efficient shipping. Shipping typically takes about 2-5 business days.
How do I get a refill for my prescription?
Your provider will check in with you near the end of your prescription to confirm how you are doing and if you need a refill. From there, we prepare a refill to be shipped to you so you have it when you need it.
Urgent medications are free, but what about everything else?
This program covers anything that you might need immediately as well as generic over-the-counter medications such as Claritin, for example. We want to make sure you’re non-emergency prescription needs are covered under this program for no additional cost as well! Simply present your digital pharmacy card when you visit most retail pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS, and get access to discounts!
