I've been using First Primary Care for 9+ yrs and it's the best way to stay proactive with AGING. I still use Dr. Goyal, Dr. Mo even though I've been on medicare. No way I'm changing my doctors EVER! Nurse Nery is excellent and gets my sense of humor, lol. No one could have a better health care provider than them.

Dr. Karthik is amazing. He literally wants to know everything from the start of your life to present to get into the root problems of any health issue that you want to explore. He's very attentive, understanding and knowledgeable and open to me explore alternative medicines such as acupuncture. I have also never waited more than an hour or so for a response and I love the recaps he gives after visits. I'm happy to say I think I have found my forever doctor in Ohio.

I joined First Primary Care about a year ago and couldn't be happier with their service. They practice medicine, the modern way. I can contact my doctor, Dr He, directly through an App and can have immediate response to my health issues. I don't have to go through multiple layers of staff to talk to my Dr, I can just text through the app. By the way, Dr He has been awesome. He always contacts me right away if I have concerns and sets up either a virtual or in person appointment. If I do need to come in, the staff, Nert and others, are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend First Primary for your health provider.

Dr. Mulkanoor and his team have been too good to be true. I had a sudden onset of worrying symptoms and he and his team jumped into action. I felt like my concerns were heard and I was able to get same day imaging. I'm scheduled for surgery next week and I just walked out of their office for my pre-admission testing. I have had many surgeries but I never have felt this good about my care before, especially before a procedure. A HUGE thank you to everyone involved.

First Primary Care is excellent! Dr. Goyal and his team are very attentive to their patients needs. You can reach out to them at any time day or night through the Spruce App and you are guaranteed a quick response from a true medical professional in minutes! I have choosen the telemedicine option and for physical exams I have been to their office. When I walked in they knew me by name (and I had never met any of them before) took me to a very beautiful waiting area and I was seen very quickly. They do not run a clinic cowherd. You don't go from a crowded waiting room to an exam room to wait another 30 or more minutes. They truly treat you like they would want to be treated. Thank you Dr. Goyal and your spectacular team!

I have never received care that is as comprehensive, affordable, and efficient as what I received at First Primary Care. The front office staff, especially DeQua, is very kind and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Every provider in the office is wonderful but I have the most experience with Dr. Wertz, and she is phenomenal. She does a wonderful job of being attentive, compassionate, and is always on top of things. The NP Peter also provides great care and is very knowledgeable on many fronts. Dr. Goyal and his entire team are unmatched when it comes to providing quality care and not making you feel rushed during the visit. I also really like the short or nonexistent wait time and the transparency throughout any process as a patient. All in all I am more than satisfied with the affordable and amazing care I receive here and I recommend this clinic to anyone I can.

Amazing experience with first primary care so far. I've had this through my employer for over a year and haven't ever had to use it until now. I hurt my shoulder on a Saturday and sent a direct message to Dr. Wertz. She responded almost immediately and got me in to see her early Monday. From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and immediately took me for vitals. After that I was taken to an exam room and offered water or coffee. Dr.Wertz came in about 1 minute later and was so down to earth and kind and really put my mind at ease. The whole visit was finished in 30-45 minutes. This is probably the easiest dr visit I've ever had. I didn't owe anything at the end of visit! I highly recommend first primary care and Dr.Wertz

Cannot recommend these folks enough

We are early in the process but thus far it has been overwhelmingly positive. Prescriptions and premiums have been much less expensive than with "traditional" plans. We have seen a few prescriptions already go from over $200/month with a traditional plan down to $0 out of pocket with this plan. The level of primary care is much higher than we are used to. The collaboration with the main doctor has been closer to the experience one would expect from a personal health coach.

I must say Dr. Zhaleh Amini-Vaughan is the BEST doctor I’ve had ever! When you make an appointment she doesn’t rush you, she takes her time & listen to whatever you are saying. Also it’s no waiting in a waiting room you get seen instantly. Not to mention anytime I have a question for her she responds back to me the same day. I currently have health insurance & I still rather use First Primary Care. Best primary choice hands down trust me!

I honestly avoid the doctor like the plague itself. They terrify me. But Dr. Cano has been absolutely amazing every time we interact. She’s kind and LISTENS. Highly recommended.

Here is my original review and every word still stands true today: FPC The Woodlands office is expertly run from head to toe but its much more than that. For over three years now I've had a doctor that has continually followed up with me after my initial visit or if I was home sick and if I need to be referred to another specialist she will look into it and make an expert recommendation. Additionally, there's NEVER a wait and I have pretty much anytime access to my doctor or another specialist through their private app. The staff is always amazing and inviting too... It makes me curious as to why this works so well yet so unknown. Of course I'm OK with that because I dont want too many people crowding this improved healthcare system (just kidding).

I truly truly truly give a heartfelt thank you to you and your staff. In 43 years, I have never felt the care and attention from medical professionals anywhere close to as much as I do from you all. It's a blessing to have you.

signed up for the membership in order to be seen with promises i could get in touch with a doctor immediately, only to be met with silence from their app and a run around from their front office. being asked to send pictures of my affliction to people who i dont even know are medical professionals in order to "escalate" my case since the medical provider decided it was fine to ignore my business for hours. so thank you for taking my money and time that i could have used going to an emergency clinic.

Even though I have health insurance I still choose First Primary Care as my provider because I am treated like a VIP. To be clear, I don’t consider myself a VIP….they however do! Goodbye health insurance, hello health CARE! My experiences with FPC have been the polar opposite of all the years' spent filling out changes to insurance forms (on every doctor's visit) - since the care provided to me through my employer is free (to me). Beyond that, Dr. Stasio makes it a point to respond quickly to me via the Spruce app, or to take her time to talk with me about my life when I meet with her in person for annual physical exams. For the first time in a long time, I truly have a health care advocate who is focused on my well-being. I can't ask for much more than that!

I started with First Primary Care while working for a company a few years ago. I left the company and found out I could continue seeing Dr. Vo for a low monthly fee which was way cheaper than traditional insurance. I stayed with First Primary Care because my doctor kept up with me, she would message me when I was sick just to check on me and she encouraged me on a weekly basis throughout my weight loss journey. Dr. Vo listened to me, to my concerns, when I came across a new drug, she was open to my thoughts about it. Of course, she's the Dr. and she did all the research, and made sure I was a good candidate for the drug. Within a few days Dr. Vo got back with me, and we discussed the new treatment plan! This practice is by far the best because they care about their patients. I'm not just a number to them. I also like that I can message Dr. Vo 1 time a month or 20 times a month and the cost is still the same each month. If you're looking for a doctor who cares about you and knows you on a personal level, definitely give First Primary Care a try! I give them two thumbs up and 5 stars!

My son and I LOVE Dr. Vo and the team at First Primary Care at both the Woodlands and Spring Branch locations.I have lived for most of my adult life without insurance and have resorted to smaller clinics with low cash rates and mostly I just don't complain about things I felt were "little issues"In the 10 Months we have been working with First Primary Care and Dr. Vo we are so pleased with the thoroughness of each visit (the Dr. plans on seeing your for 45 minutes so you don't just get rushed through) we get to spend so much time discussing our health concerns and maintenance that we rarely forget to ask questions we may have. But not to worry with the Spruce App Dr. Vo is one text message away.The App is amazing as it allows you to ask questions, request meds for known issues and take care of communications with the Dr. from home rather than dragging yourself out if you feel lousy! All the Lab work and post visit care instructions remain on the App in case you want to go back and check something.Dr. Vo has the BEST "bedside manner" and a genuine concern for getting you to living your best life. She is more of a teammate in the game of life and she is an amazing cheerleader encouraging small changing while working toward a higher goal.First Primary Care is continually seeking the highest quality care and diagnostic options at the lowest cash prices for people like me who simply do not make enough to pay for outside insurance and whose employer does not offer company health care.Dr. Vo and her team are worth every penny of the monthly rate which includes as many visits in person or on the App as necessary at no additional charges. So far we have only had to pay a VERY low cost for a few Lab tests that are outside the normal yearly coverage of the plan. I have been able to get a needed surgery taken care of for my son all cash at a rates so low I thought it must have been a joke but the care was amazing and the rates actually got lower after the procedure was completed. I have had a sleep study done that was LONG overdue and have seen a cardiologist for some issues that also have been a good long while in the making. All at rates that allowed my family to continue to eat and have A/C at home etc.I cannot say enough about how happy we are with the care we recieve from Dr. Vo and her First Primary Care team

We used FPC plus for a few months while we were in between health insurances. We kept FPC even after going back on employee-sponsored healthcare because of the quality and convenience. One month for an adult is equal to two office copays on my traditional plan. For the FPC price, I have unlimited contact with the FPC doctor if needed. The model is genius.

This office is not disabled friendly. I went in last week for my first physical exam and was denied care for not wearing a mask due to my allergies and asthma. Without having EVER examined me or asking me about it, she sent the receptionist in to tell me she would not be seeing me and masks don't hurt asthma.However, if she'd done her duty instead of recklessly diagnosing me as "fine" she might have learned that on that particular day (and as I had been TRYING to tell the receptionist, however she was talking over me and as I'm partially deaf it was difficult to get much of a word in edgewise AND hear her) I was severely congested due to allergies and wheezing some from the asthma. I was actively having trouble breathing because of the swelling of my airways. I mean, I had worn a mask in her office the week before while escorting my husband (when the weather was more favorable) so it's not like I just wouldn't wear a mask. I did refuse hand sanitizer both times, but it has an aggressive odor and soap and water are equally effective. The CDC and the state of Texas allows that asthmatics may not be able to wear masks. You're supposed to contact your doctor if you get worse, right? So it's pretty shocking I was IN a doctor's office, waiting for my first full appointment with a supposedly "caring" doctor. According to the ADA they are supposed to provide REASONABLE accommodations. A reasonable accommodation would have been to come out to the waiting room (yes, I was already in the building, touching things and kind of breathing) and make sure it wasn't an emergency and then make me the last patient of the day. Instead, she diagnosed me, even though she's NEVER examined me nor laid eyes on me outside of a video call, and treated me as if I wasn't worth her time refusing to make ANY effort to "put patients first".This violated every claim from their website that made us sign up. On top of that, they have kept the money we've paid for the care we were supposed to receive. Beware: you're only going to be put first if they feel like it. In my case, she blamed it on her immunosuppressed patients. Both of us deserve better. It's not cool to try to pit one disabled group against another. You can treat both groups if you care about your patients.Edit: I rest my case. CDC guidelines do not have guidelines for active obstructed airways, probably because it's common sense to not impede the breathing of an asthmatic while it's happening. The guidelines you keep referring to are the ones I was obeying the week before when I was masked since I wasn't having ACTIVE airway blockage that day.

I have been seeing Dr Stasio for various issues and she is simply the best. Always attentive and available to answer all my questions. Friendly is an understatement, I feel like I’ve known her for years. Her office is immaculate and her staff kind. The messaging system they use to reach the dr and/or office staff, very helpful. I highly recommend First Primary Care!

Excellent model for those who only have Primary care needs. Highly recommend Rachel Cano who was my provider while I was in between insurances. Spruce was a great app easy to use.

Dr. Vo is amazing! She’s very tentative of her patients and seems to truly care about their well being. The app that they use makes it incredibly convenient to message your doctor at any time for refills appointments or just to chat.

Dr. Vo and Angie are amazing. I had no insurance for a few years so I was able to get care without the insane amount the insurance market was asking. Dr. Vo has been the best doctor I have ever had. She listens, wants the best for her patients, and actually texts a few days after a visit or text to ask how I'm doing and adjusts care based on response or is happy I'm doing better. She is what I feel doctors used to be before modern healthcare destroyed the doctor to patient relationship. I have told a lot of friends who are looking for more personal care to go see her. Nobody wants to be just another chart.

I was SO bummed to have to switch Dr's when I got a new job and had to go with a different insurance. Dr Vo is absolutely the best Dr I have ever had! She truly listens to her patients, she will text to check on you and Angie at the front desk is so compassionate as well! Their app is such a great tool and they always respond quickly through it! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Vo and her team!!!

I’ve been going to First Primary for About two years now and have loved having Dr. Snodgrass 🧑🏻‍⚕️ as my primary care physician for my son and I. Unfortunately I just had to switch over to conventional insurance and I’m going to greatly miss the personalized care they offer. I wish all medical offices were this personalized and accessible.

I had no insurance but I had problems that required a physician supervision. Unable to afford normal insurance, I tried First Primary Care. I have to say it was the best decision I have made in years. My doctor was always available by text to answer questions and she made me feel like a participant in the plan of care. I can not recommend they enough.

Am incredible, visionary physician. Dr. Goyal treats the patient and is the best read physician I have ever encountered. He is deeply focused on his patients and alleviates current conditions while focusing on long term health. I find Dr. Goyal up to date on the latest medical and physiological research and areas of discovery. We are fortunate to have him and his team in our midst.

We have LOVED being members of FPC!!! It’s a completely different doctor-patient relationship. My husband & I both see Dr. Snodgrass and love her. She truly listens to and respects your wishes. I love having 45 min with my physician and never having to wait in a lobby. I think my favorite is how easy it is to troubleshoot needs and care via the Spruce app. No matter where I am, I have access to my doctor in my back pocket.

Never have I experienced healthcare done in a way where I felt more in control. A very affordable monthly payment covers a wide array of services and anything outside of that scope of work is a HUGE savings. My doctor is only a text message away and no question is off limits. No phone calls to make an appointment while put on hold. No waiting weeks to get an appointment. I don't even know why they have chairs in the waiting room since I've never had to use one. I am never rushed by my doctor or by the staff. They are patient and caring and they listen. When I found a scary lump, which turned out to be nothing, I wouldn't have made it through with my sanity without the care of Dr. Snodgrass. I even recommended First Primary Care to a colleague and now his whole family has switched over to this plan and he couldn't be happier!!

Everything i wanted in a doctor's office after not having had a primary physician in a while! Visited the woodlands location several times - Dr. Vo was knowledgeable as well as committed to my wellbeing and comfort level. She encouraged me to take ownership of my health. Being able to text them and get a needed med is suuuper convenient!

I would like to firstly thank my Dr Rachel Cano who consistently makes sure to cover all and any of my health concerns i may have. And personally takes the time to either speak to me via phone call or through the SPRUCE messaging app. She and her office has gone above and beyond to respond to specific questions about any tests or labs and treated me very well even if i ran a few minutes late. Dr Cano is very professional and thorough with answers and in depth information...and an enormous help if needed help finding me a specialist and communicating with myself or the referred specialist or testing facility. She is on top of her game and treats you as a human not just another patient or number. Thank you Dr Cano for everything you've done for me in the past and recent months. The direct primary care service was an extra service offered by my employer. I received an exceptional cares from Doctor and Nurses since the day I joined. Right on the morning of The 26 mid of Christmas 2020, my blood pressure was unexpectedly rising. I don’t have an existing BP problem, and the fast heartbeats extremely worried me. Out of blue I decided to use the app and texted the direct primary care in hope that I can talk to someone. Surprisingly 15 minutes later I received a call from Doctor. We talked and I was advised with treatments and received medication directly to nearby Walgreens next morning. Until today after 4 months I still regularly received follow ups from office. Thanks Primary care for great services.

I really love the fact that doctors take their time trying to understand any of your health issues. It’s not comparable to going to an actual doctor per say the hospital or other practices. Where they give you a quick visit they write you a prescription and your out the door within 15 mins.. with direct primary care you get up to an hour if not more time to really discuss the health issues at hand. I am a patient @ sugarland location and Highly recommended to anyone that wants real medical care. Tehemeena is fanatical!!

I registered my parents with First Primary Care when they were visiting from out of country and I needed to have their health care needs taken care of! Dr. Goyal was their doctor and it has been a pleasant experience throughout! Dr. Goyal is very attentive and thorough with his patients and is not in a hurry which is what my parents really wanted! We did telemedicine and it was super easy! It is a great option for visitors of all ages! Would highly recommend!

I was recently forced to change my Doctor of 11 years, as she was taking a leave and not sure when or if she could care for me again. So with so much at steak and not knowing how or what to do as I have no insurance. I am a mom and homemaker with 7 grown children, 14 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. I was fortunate enough to be able to care for my family and not worrying about working outside the home. But as a result of this I was left with little or no benefits as I got older. My oldest daughter, a beautiful mother of three herself, a professional working mom ,,joined what she described as a medical membership about a year earlier. I had no reason to look into it although it was a wonderful change in her health care and that of all her children. Shortly after that my youngest daughter a beautiful mother of 7 enrolled her family . They both seemed so relieved that with a single phone call they could get what they needed, help with the teenagers and stitches when needed, and always always a call right back. So another year passed and I was out of options for my own health care so I made the call and got to know and understand what my girls were talking about.. Dr Vo called me herself , something my old doctor did only for bad news. She was professional, and simply a delightful person. She gave me the choice of in person or online or for older people like me texting has worked great. She spent more than a hour with me on my first visit. Covering every issue I had and never once made me feel beneath her or talking down to me. She actually had new ideas about my treatment . Within a few weeks during the freeze I was bitten by a spider at least that's what I thought. Dr Vo looked at the picture called in what I needed to the pharmacy within a few hours and continue to check on me as the days went by. Fast forward to today. I had a prescription miss labeled and had taken the wrong dose for 5 days. As before she called me to see if I was doing better, that's when I realized that I was taking the wrong dose. If she had not been caring enough to call, I would still be taking the wrong dose. I know this is long, I never ever do these reviews but I want families out there to know that they a choice for better affordable careThat's it in a nut shell , they care, not about what insurance will cover they care about us. My family is living a better life today because Dr Vo and everyone who has helped along the way is there for us. Really there for us. Day or night for any reason. I hope that the message gets out to everyone who needs health care and can't get it. This may be for you. It's not insurance, it's a membership, and I have never been treated with so much respect and concern. I will never go back to the endless waits for appointment s or to get refills or be put on a pile with hundreds of other patients to wait my turn. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about this facility, program, staff. Dr. Rachel is been treating me with tremendous patience, knowledge and especially compassion. She takes her time explaining and offers any and all questions. To my surprise, she will randomly message just to check on me and my progress. I mean, what dr does this?! Not one! Rachel, you’re stuck with me and hoping to bring more family onboard :)- Happy patient!

Dr Snodgrass is a skilled practitioner who has taken a lot of time with my care and she has been so responsive to any questions or problems. She has taken time to research my condition and inquire with other practitioners if there are any tips in how to treat it. Every question has been answered. That day , more often within an hour. And the plan of care is discussed and agreed on by both of us.As a health care provider myself, I am so impressed with the practice. She and the staff go above and beyond. During this time of uncertainty with Covid it can be easy to get lost inside a practice and have real difficulty getting answers. That is the opposite of what you get with this practice.

FPC is the best! I’ll admit that I was skeptical about adding a monthly membership fee. However, my employer switched us over to a high-deductible HSA plan with a pretty low premium so, the budget was there and I figured it was worth a shot to see if truly personalized primary care still exists. I’ve been a member for a little over a year I think and have had nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. It’s turned out to be a wonderful supplement to my health insurance and I will never go back to the insurance-driven model of healthcare.I thought I would never find another clinic with the quality of care received from my prior GP, who I have seen since childhood. One of the most difficult things to get used to when searching for a new primary care physician is how inaccessible most of them are. The direct care model that they use is truly game-changing. I realize all of the benefits that I enjoyed by staying with the same physician for over 20 years, but none of the consequences of visiting a clinic which is burdened by the bureaucracy of the health insurance industry.Rapid response times, exceptional quality AND affordable care, highly accessible staff who really take interest in their patients, the list goes on.. While the history isn’t there (yet), I am supremely confident in Dr. Snodgrass, Angie, and the rest of the team at FPC - The Woodlands. You can’t go wrong with anyone at First Primary Care. I've been a member for a year now and I love it. I get personal attention, see a doctor for more than five minutes when I need to and have access 24/7 without dealing with an insurance company. It's amazing how much better the experience is compared to "normal".

We came for our first/annual visit today and words cannot express how I feel about this clinic!!! I have never felt so well taken care of at a Doctor’s office. Dr. Vo truly cares about me and my family!! I did not feel rushed, Dr took the time to talk to us and you can tell she really cares about us and not about seeing as many patients just for the billing.
